Yuriy Syomin: I am happy with the players' physical form

The game against Russian FC Rostov looked like a battlefield. Both teams showed no mercy for opponents as well as for themselves. Dynamo head coach Yuriy Syomin commented on the match.

- I liked the today's game. Rostov showed very mobile football. In my team I liked the players' physical form first of all. It is good we ended up without injuries because the footballers played very roughly. We played well but were unable to convert our chances. We made two stupid mistakes that resulted in two goals. If we were to score after going one-on-one that was in the first half, the final score would be better for us.

- Friendly matches during this training camp had a lot of rough episodes. Aren't you afraid to lose some players before the season restart?

- So what, are we not to play at all? When players are concentrated they are less prone to injuries. We try to vary the squad at the moment. Today we tried to play Yussuf in his usual position in the midfield. Bangoura also got the play going well. We are looking for the optimal squad.

- Did you substitute Ninkovic after the break because of injury?

- Yes, he had a bruised ankle. Rebrov also was substituted because of injury. But fortunately these are not serious ones.
