All rights, including copyright and database rights, to the www.ua-football.com website and its content are owned by 1766 TEAM EOOD, a legal entity registered under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria (hereinafter - the "Company" or "We"), on the basis of appropriate licenses, or in accordance with the right of use in accordance with Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights". By visiting the ua-football.com website, you agree to use these materials solely for your personal use and not for commercial or public use.

With the exception of the above conditions, you agree not to copy, store in any medium (including on another website), distribute, broadcast, retransmit, transmit, modify, or publicly display any material or element of the ua-football.com website without the prior written consent of 1766 TEAM EOOD or in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights" or any other legislation that will come into force instead of this law.

1766 TEAM EOOD has a negative attitude towards any copyright infringement on the ua-football.com website. All materials (photos, videos, text) posted on this website are obtained either under appropriate licenses or from open sources on the Internet in accordance with Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights" (hereinafter - the "Law") and are posted for informational purposes only.

At the same time, in accordance with part 2 of Article 22 of the Law, without the consent of the author (or other person holding the copyright), but with the obligatory indication of the author's name and source of borrowing, it is allowed to reproduce for the purpose of covering current events by means of photography or cinematography, public announcement or other public communication of works seen or heard during such events, to the extent justified by the informational purpose.

If you are the rightful owner of the material posted on the ua-football.com website and want this material not to be distributed without your consent, we will be happy to assist you in realizing such an intention. Therefore, if you are the owner of exclusive property rights, including: 

  • the exclusive right to reproduce,

  2. Data on the right owner:
    1. Full name/ Full name of the legal entity.
    2. Postal address (in case of discrepancy between the legal and postal addresses, the legal address must be indicated).
    3. Website of the right owner on the Internet.
    4. License for the right to conduct economic activity (if such activity is licensed in accordance with the procedure established by law).              
    5. Contact person of the right owner (name, position, contact information).
  3. Data of the person submitting the letter:
    1. Last name, first name, patronymic.
    2. Position.
    3. Phone number.
    4. E-mail.
    5. A copy of the power of attorney to act on behalf of the right owner (not required if the person filing the complaint is an authorized employee of the right owner's company).
  4. Claim data:
    1. Address of the page of the ua-football.com website containing the infringing material (product).
    2. Description of the nature of the infringement.

Upon receipt of your letter, with correct and maximally filled-in information, your letter will be reviewed without fail and a response on the results of the actions taken (or an additional request for information, if necessary) will be sent to the contact details specified in the letter. 

In accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, 1766 TEAM EOOD is ready to consider disputed issues within the framework of the pre-trial (claim or other) settlement procedure.
